The assembly of the picture of professors, the pedagogical coordination, the pedagogical orientation, and the direction of the school composes the base of a team to multidiscipline of support. 3 conclusion With these questions ece of fishes, we have a great challenge of, through education, to transform the society and, consequently, to make of it a society more joust that can improve the quality of life of an ample layer of the population that, for benefits of few, makes comfortable itself with the social disparidades. The educator, today, fulfills a paper of basic importance for the valuation of the life, of the worked one, directing the forms of acquisition of knowledge for the one of the social inclusion. The activities that had used more dynamic ways and resources had revealed much more pleasant and attractive to the eyes of the educandos, potencializando the learning process. These questions are not delicate to the point to romancearmos on the education, but yes to place the education as determinative point to the being debated constantly and to consider a change, a rupture, therefore, the education is a basic tool for the construction of this real rupture with the traditional standards where the education does not obtain to unsaddle itself. A conscientious nation only constructs fort to leave of an education strong and directed supplying the necessities and perspectives of Brazilian people e, being used as support for the process of social, mainly Brazilian evolution.
